Currently, Lyndon Recreation is a self-supporting organization and receives no State or City funding to run our programs. Registration fees cover only about half of our total budget. Our success in maintaining registration fees at a reasonable level has been accomplished through the development of several other sources of funds:
- A major part of our budget comes from the annual fundraiser. This year we will be selling coupon books.
- Sponsorship fees provide a significant portion of our annual revenue. If you or your employer would be willing to sponsor a team, please let us know at sign-ups, or call Tom Evans at 425-9301. The sponsorship fee is $300.
- There are also other ways to support Lyndon Recreation and advertise your company at the same time. Banner advertisements and website advertisements not only help us out, but are great ways to get publicity for your business.
