BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Lyndon Recreation Association Board of Directors normally meets once a month.  The meetings are open to anyone wishing to attend.  The election of new board members will be conducted at the annual general meeting in July, the date and location of which will be publicized in advance in order to give the community every opportunity to attend. 

The rules in the rule book can be changed only by a majority vote at a meeting of the Board of Directors, a quorum being present.  Any situation not specifically covered by the rule book will be handled on its merits by the Board of Directors.
